It has been a long ride for Chosen Few’s own Fuego. After countless appearances on most Chosen Few projects as well as collaboration’s with some of Reggeaton and Hip-Hop’s elite, Fuego will soon be making his own mark on music with his long awaited debut album.
Being apart of the elite Chosen Few team, Fuego has patiently waited for his time to shine and now the bi-lingual singer and sometime MC is stating he is ready to show the music industry what the future of music is all about.
With a hit single and video “Super Estrella” feat Omega, blowing up on the radio, TV, internet, and youtube, Fuego says it’s been worth the wait. “I have been preparing for this time all my life, the album is going to give my fans so much more of me then ever before. I have some surprise collaborations that I don’t want to mention right now but I can say point blank that the album will be my best work ever.”

No matter whom you ask, it seems everyone has a comment about Joe Budden. Some comments floating around the streets include, “Whose he beefing with now?” or “What’s up with Slaughterhouse?” or “Have you seen his chick’s backside, you can sit on that thing.†“
But the only thing Joe Budden really cares about is that he has people talking about him in the first place. Budden has been very busy this year, with the release in February of his critically acclaimed and highly anticipated sophomore debut, “Padded Room” a project Budden put out independently through Amalgam Digital after his previous project was shelved by his former label Def Jam for nearly four years. With numerous mixtapes circulating, Budden has also been busy working with the rap group he helped form which goes by the moniker “Slaughterhouse” with elite members including, Joell Ortiz, Royce Da 5’9 and Crooked I.

When you think of Reggaeton duo Chencho and Maldy of Plan B, immediately sexiness comes to mind, right? Well they wouldn’t want it any other way. The group, who calls their style of Reggaeton original with sexual undertones, isn’t apologizing. The duo has been together for more then a decade and has been very successful throughout their musical career together. Their uber hit “Frikitonia” was heard everywhere from the clubs to the streets, which also happened to be remixed by none other then Chosen Few’s Boy Wonder which featured Trina and Trick Daddy and went on to become a club and radio phenomenon.

What is it about Trey Songz that drives us crazy? Is it his smile that can light up 10 Christmas trees, probably, but maybe it’s his amazing body, I think you can wash your whole laundry basket on those abs? But even if you take away all his attributes it’s his voice that’s what really makes him the total package.
Meeting up with Trey at his record label on a rainy NYC day, a little around noontime was interesting. Although it was raining like cats and dogs outside, inside the Atlantic records sitting area were we conducted our interview it felt like a sunny day because Trey was overjoyed by the prospect that his next album is on the horizon. Recalling his days back in Virginia Trey’s eyes light up.
